Multiple Institutional Logics of the Local Undergraduate Colleges’Transformation

地方高校转型内化于多重制度逻辑互动推进的混合化实践。所属于不同制度逻辑的行动者在转型场域的状态和作用过程形塑着地方高校转型的困境,在政治逻辑上表现为央地矛盾下办学实践与政策设计的背离,在市场逻辑上陷入组织秩序冲突下的嵌入性困境,在知识逻辑上面临学术型主导下的应用型合法性危机,在文化逻辑上体现出传统型对转型变革抗拒下的创业型缺失。有鉴于此,要建构政校间良治均衡的互动生长关系,有序嵌入市场逻辑,完成应用型知识逻辑的合法性建构,发展创业型文化逻辑以持续推动转型变革。

The transformation of local undergraduate colleges is internalized in the mixed practice promoted by the interaction of multiple institutional logics.The state and action process of actors belonging to different institutional logics in the transformation field shape the predicament of local undergraduate colleges’transformation.In terms of political logic,it is the deviation between education⁃al practice and policy design under the contradiction between central government and local government;the market logic falls into the embeddedness dilemma under the conflict of organizational order;the knowledge logic is facing the crisis of applied legitimacy under the dominance of academic models;the cultural logic reflects the lack of entrepreneurship under the resistance of traditional models to transform and change.In view of this,it is necessary to construct a good and balanced interactive growth relationship between govern⁃ment and colleges,embed market logic orderly,complete the legitimacy construction of applied knowledge logic,and develop entrepre⁃neurial cultural logic to promote transformation continuously.
