摘要
政府绩效管理是公共管理的重要组成部分,它是一种新型的行政管理模式。政府绩效管理制度运行机制在很大程度上影响着政府绩效,应完善领导体制,健全绩效文化;完善多元机制,推进制度运行;完善运行模式,打通建设路径;推进法治建设,提升工作效能,以此为推进我国政府绩效管理制度运行机制创新奠定基础。
Government performance management is an important part of public management.The operation mechanism of government performance management system affects government performance to a great extent.In order to effectively improve government work efficiency,we should improve the leadership system,the performan ce culture,the pluralistic mechanism and promoting the operation of the system,improve the operation mode and open up the construction path and the construction of the rule of law,and enhance the work efficiency,so as to lay the foundation for promoting the innovation of the operation mechanism of government performance management system in China.
