摘要
结合上海轨道交通项目的工程特点与业务需求,探讨借助BIM信息化技术在项目施工阶段,特别是机电装修施工阶段开展信息模型装修机电深化、预留孔洞与设备基础核查、三方对量、两阶段机电管线综合与优化、重要设备房族库替换以及箱柜整合等应用,提升该阶段的工程质量与施工效率,为其他BIM应用提供参考。
Combined with the engineering characteristics and business needs of Shanghai rail transit project,this paper discusses the use of BIM information technology to carry out information model decoration mechanical and electrical deepening,reserved holes and equipment foundation verification,three-way alignment,two-stage mechanical and electrical pipeline synthesis and optimization,important equipment room family library replacement and cabinet integration in the project construction stage,especially in the mechanical and electrical decoration construction stage,so as to improve the engineering quality and construction efficiency at this stage and provide reference for other BIM applications.
