唑来膦酸联合化疗治疗肺癌骨转移的效果

The effect of zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of bone metastases from lung cancer

目的:探讨唑来膦酸联合化疗治疗肺癌骨转移的疗效。方法:肺癌骨转移病人62例,随机分为对照组(常规化疗)与观察组(唑来膦酸联合常规化疗),各31例,评价唑来膦酸联合化疗对肺癌骨转移病人治疗的效果。结果:治疗后观察组疼痛改善总有效率及骨病灶控制总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:唑来膦酸联合化疗可减轻肿瘤炎性反应参与的溶骨,改善病人疼痛症状和骨破坏,可为肺癌骨转移患者治疗提供有效的治疗手段。

Objective:To explore the effect of zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of bone metastasis of lung cancer.Methods:62 patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer were randomly divided into control group(chemotherapy,31 cases)and observation group(zoledronic acid combined chemotherapy,31 cases).Results:The total effective rate of pain improvement and bone focus control in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)In terms of,the observation group was lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy can reduce the osteolysis involved in tumor inflammatory response,improve patients'pain symptoms and bone destruction,contribute to the improvement of inflammatory factors,and provide zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy for patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer.
