复方黄柏液涂剂联合胫骨横向骨搬运治疗重度糖尿病足的临床效果及相关机制研究

Study on the clinical effect of compound phellodendron phellodendron solution and tibial transverse bone transfer in the treatment of severe diabetes foot

目的:探究复方黄柏液涂剂联合胫骨横向骨搬运治疗重度糖尿病足的临床效果。方法:选取63例糖尿病足患者分为3组,每组21例。复方黄柏液洗剂治疗组(A组)、胫骨横向骨搬运治疗组(B组)、胫骨横向骨搬运+复方黄柏液洗剂联合治疗组(C组)。比较治疗前后各组治疗有效率、溃疡面积、细胞生长因子(VEGF)及炎性因子IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果:C组治疗糖尿病足有效率高于A、B组(P<0.05)。治疗后患者溃疡面积降低,其中C组患者溃疡面积显著低于A、B组(P<0.05)。治疗后患者VEGF水平上升,其中C组患者溃疡面积显著高于A、B组(P<0.05)。治疗后患者炎性因子IL-6、TNF-α水平降低,其中C组患者炎性因子IL-6、TNF-α水平显著A、B组(P<0.05)。结论:复方黄柏液涂剂联合胫骨横向骨搬运对糖尿病足患者,疗效显著,能有效降低溃疡创面,减少炎症反应。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of compound phellodendron solution coating combined with tibial transverse bone transport in the treatment of severe diabetes foot.Methods:63 patients with diabetes foot were divided into 3 groups,21 in each group.Compound Phellodendron lotion treatment group(group A),tibia transverse bone transfer treatment group(group B),tibia transverse bone transfer+compound Phellodendron lotion combined treatment group(group C).To compare the treatment efficiency,ulcer area,cell growth factor(VEGF),inflammatory factor IL-6 and TNF in each group before and after treatment-αHorizontal.Results:The effective rate of diabetes foot in group C was higher than that in groups A and B(P<0.05).The area of ulcer in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and B(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of VEGF in patients increased,and the area of ulcer in group C was significantly higher than that in groups A and B(P<0.05).Inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF in patients after treatment-αThe level of IL-6 and TNF in group C patients decreased-α.Conclusion:Compound Phellodendron Phellodendron solution combined with tibial transverse bone transport has a significant effect on diabetes foot patients,which can effectively reduce ulcer wound and inflammatory reaction.
