顺铂治疗过程中会引起严重的耳毒性副作用,其诱导的听力损失通常伴随着内耳感觉毛细胞的死亡;毛细胞在维持听力方面发挥着重要作用。了解顺铂诱导毛细胞死亡的分子机制以及针对相应靶点进行治疗是十分必要的。本文就顺铂诱导毛细胞死亡方式的分子机制和最新耳毒性保护措施进展进行报道。
Cisplatin can also cause serious ototoxic side effects during treatment.Cisplatin-induced hearing loss is usually accompanied by the death of inner ear sensory hair cells.The hair cells play an important role in maintaining hearing.It is essential to understand the molecular mechanisms of cisplatin-induced hair cell death and develop the targeted therapies for corresponding targets.This paper reports on the molecular mechanisms of cisplatin-induced hair cell death and the latest development in ototoxicity protective measures.
