基层深化家风文化建设的有效路径探究——以四川省崇州市为例

Exploration of Effective Paths to Deepening the Construction of Family Culture at the Bottom Level:Based on a Survey of Chongzhou City,Sichuan Province

家风建设不仅是廉洁文化建设的重要内容,也是推进全面从严治党的重要途径和基础工程。十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视并大力推动家风建设不断深化。四川省崇州市纪委监委主动履职、积极作为,通过全方位发掘家风资源,并对优良家风进行立体式宣扬、多渠道传承,探索出一条加强家风文化建设的有效路径。但同时存在的以家风文化建设切入全面从严治党战略的推进力度不够、协力共建廉洁家风文化的机制不够畅通、家风文化建设的宣传内容和方式有待改进等不足,制约了家风文化的建设成效。根据党的二十大提出“加强家庭家教家风建设”和“坚持大抓基层”的鲜明导向,新征程基层深化家风文化建设,必须进一步推动家风文化有机融入全面从严治党战略、全面提升家风文化建设的社会效益和群众参与积极性以及持续深化廉洁家风文化的浸润熏陶作用。

The construction of family atmosphere is not only an important part of the construction of a clean culture,but also an important way and fundamental project to the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party central committee with Xi Jinping as its core has always attached great importance to and vigorously promoted the deepening of family atmosphere culture construction.The Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Chongzhou City take the initiative to fulfll their duties and take active actions.By comprehensively exploring family atmosphere culture resources and promoting excellent family atmosphere culture through three-dimensional promotion and multi-channel inheritance,they have explored an effective path to strengthen the construction of family atmosphere culture.But at the same time,there are also shortcomings such as insufficient promotion of the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party strategy based on the construction of family atmosphere culture,insufficient mechanisms for working together to build a clean family atmosphere culture,and the need for improvement in the content and methods of promoting family atmosphere culture construction,which restrict the effectiveness of family atmosphere culture construction.In response to the clear guidance of the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China to"strengthen the construction of family,family education and family atmosphere"and""strictly manage the bottom level"and the important instruction of"the key lying in the Party",the new journey of deepening family atmosphere culture construction at the grassroots level must further promote the organic integration of family atmosphere culture into the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party strategy,comprehensively enhance the social benefits and public participation of family atmosphere culture construction,and continuously deepen the infiltration and edification of clean family atmosphere culture.
