摘要
为了预防和减轻电动车辆试验室火灾造成的危害,结合高校与研究所等科研机构电动车辆研发过程中的试验现状,从试验设备因素、人为因素等方面分析了电动车辆试验室发生火灾的原因。从试验室管理、试验设备布局、试验人员操作等方面提出了预防火灾发生的措施。并针对试验室复杂环境提出了火灾发生后的应急处置方式与灭火策略,对降低科研人员开展电动车辆相关试验发生火灾的概率、保证科研人员人身安全与设备安全、提升科研人员对火灾风险点的辨识能力具有重要意义。
In order to prevent and reduce the harm caused by electric vehicle fires in laboratories,the paper analyzes the causes of fires in electric vehicle laboratories from the aspects of test equipment factors and human factors.Based on the test status of electric vehicle research and development in universities,research institutes and other scientific research institutions.Measures to prevent fire are put forward from the aspects of laboratory management,test equipment layout,and test personnel operation.According to the complex environment of the laboratory,emergency response methods and fire fighting strategies are put forward after a fire.It is of great significance to reduce the probability of fire in electric vehicle-related tests,ensure the personal safety and equipment safety of scientific researchers,and improve the ability of scientific researchers to identify fire risk points.
