近年来,社会经济和城镇化发展速度不断加快,人口、物资、资源越来越集中,给现有的基层消防监管工作带来了新的要求和挑战。因此,通过调查研究,剖析基层消防综合监管的现状和面临的机遇,提出新时期加强基层消防综合监管能力的对策和措施,以提升基层单位的公共消防安全管理能力和水平。

In recent years,the pace of social economy and urbanization has accelerated.The population,materials and resources have become more and more concentrated,which has brought new requirements and challenges to the existing grassroots fire supervision work.Therefore,through investigation and research,the paper analyzes the current situation and opportunities faced by the comprehensive supervision of grassroots fire protection,and proposes countermeasures and measures to strengthen the comprehensive supervision of grassroots fire protection in the new era,so as to improve the public fire safety management capability and level of grassroots units.
