近年来,石油化工火灾已经逐渐成为各级消防救援队伍亟待研究的重点课题,结合近年来我国各级消防救援队伍日常灭火救援实战处置工作的相关经验以及我国各地石油化工灭火救援专业队建设任务的具体落实情况,就石油化工灭火救援专业队人员编配、装备配备、组训科目、战术战法和实战能力等方面遇到的瓶颈问题提出针对性较强的改进措施,力争以此为依据努力打造一支“专业精干、一专多能、攻坚克难、机动高效”的石油化工火灾处置尖刀队伍。
