胶凝砂砾石坝是介于散粒材料坝和混凝土坝之间的一种新坝型,可就地取材,快速施工,同时对筑坝材料、施工工艺以及坝基的要求较低,大坝施工基本实现零弃料,具有漫顶不溃、经济节约、安全可靠等优点。为了扩大胶凝砂砾石填筑材料在堤防、围堰、塘坝等方面的施工适用性,结合守口堡水库枢纽项目的施工经验,参考公路工程路拌法施工工艺,进行了胶凝砂砾石仓拌法施工工艺研究,为胶凝砂砾石的施工开拓了新方向,有助于大力推广胶凝砂砾石的应用。

Cementitious sand gravel dam is a new dam type between bulk material dam and concrete dam,which can take local materials and rapid construction.At the same time,it has low requirements for dam building materials,construction technology and dam foundation.The dam construction basically achieves zero waste,which has the advantages of overtopping without dam break,economic saving,safety and reliability.In order to expand the construction applicability of cemented sand gravel filling materials in embankments,cofferdams,pond dams,etc.,combined with the construction experience of Shoukoubao Reservoir Hub Project,and referring to the construction technology of highway engineering road mixing method,the construction technology of cemented sand gravel silo mixing method was studied,which opened up a new direction for the construction of cementitious sand gravel and helped to vigorously promote the application of cementitious sand gravel.
