户部岭水库溢洪道控制段除险加固方案比选

Comparison of the Reinforcement Schemes for the Control Section of Hubuling Reservoir Spillway

户部岭水库东溢洪道损毁严重,影响控制段安全。西溢洪道下游为户部乡政府驻地及户部村,已不具备泄流条件。为满足水库正常运行,结合工程实际,除险加固拟定了5孔6 m×5.0 m平底闸(方案1)、3孔8 m×6.0 m平底闸(方案2)和70 m实用堰(方案3)三个加固方案,并从技术、经济等方面对方案进行比选,综合确定最终除险加固方案。且工程经过多次汛期考验,发挥了较好的防洪效益,已顺利通过竣工验收。

Hubuling Reservoir’s east spillway has been severely damaged,which affects the safety of the control section.The downstream of the west spillway is the residence of Hubu Township and Hubu Village,and it no longer has drainage conditions.In order to meet the normal operation needs of the reservoir,combined with the actual engineering situation,this reinforcement project has developed three reinforcement schemes:5 holes of 6.0m×5.0m flat-bottomed sluice gate(Scheme 1),3 holes of 8.0 m×6.0 m flat-bottomed sluice gate(Scheme 2),and a 70m practical weir(Scheme 3).The schemes were compared from technical,economic,and other aspects to comprehensively determine the final reinforcement scheme.And the project has been tested in flood season for many times,has played a better flood control benefits.Also it has successfully passed the completion of acceptance.
