摘要
在河流梯级水库中,当上游水库校核标准低于下游水库校核洪水标准时,应考虑因流域内发生超标准暴雨洪水时造成上游水库溃坝,溃坝洪水对下游水库工程设计洪水的影响。以昌源河流域子洪水库和北关水库为例,分别对考虑和不考虑北关水库溃坝的子洪水库设计洪水进行了计算,并定量分析了上游北关水库溃坝对下游子洪水库校核洪水的影响程度,提出了加强子洪水库水情测报系统建设的建议。
In the river cascade reservoirs,when the check standard of the upstream reservoir is lower than the check flood standard of the downstream reservoir,it is necessary to consider the impact of dam failure flood on the design flood of the downstream reservoir project in case of dam failure of the upstream reservoir due to the super standard rainstorm flood in the basin.Taking Zihong Reservoir and Beiguan Reservoir in Changyuan River Basin as examples,the design floods of the Zihong reservoir considering and not considering the dam failure of Beiguan Reservoir were calculated respectively,and the impact of Beiguan reservoir dam-break on the check flood of the Zihong reservoir was quantitatively analyzed.In addition,suggestions were made to strengthen the construction of water regime monitoring and forecasting system in Zihong Reservoir.
