清代宣统南部档案俗语词例考五则

Five Textal Research and Interpretation of the Nanbu Archives Colloquial Words during Xuantong in the Qing Dynasty

清代南部县衙档案多由手写,其俗语词颇多,宣统年间出现的“措钱”“盗口”“睡熟”“衅因”“眼膛”五个俗语词,意思费解。根据语境,辞书的释义,结合传世文献,“措钱”即“筹钱、借钱”,“盗口”即“偷盗现场的痕迹”,“睡熟”即“睡眠的程度深,睡得深沉”,“衅因”即“争端是因为如何”,“眼膛”即“眼眶”。对其进行释义,有助于《南部档案》文本的整理与研究,同时可为大型辞书的修订提供参考,补充辞书未收词条或义项,或提前滞后书证。

The archives of the county government in the south of the Qing Dynasty were mostly handwritten by hand,and there were many colloquial words.During the Xuantong period,there were five colloquial words,“Cuoqian(措钱)”“Daokou(盗口)”“Shuishu(睡熟)”“Xinyin(衅因)”and“yantang(眼膛)”,whose meanings were difficult to understand.According to the context,the paraphrase of the dictionary,combined with the handed down literature,“Cuoqian(措钱)”means“raising and borrowing money”.“Daokou(盗口)”is“from the scene of the burglary”.“Shuishu(睡熟)“deep sleep”“Xinyin(衅因)”means“cause of dispute”and“Yantang(眼膛)”means“eye socket.Its interpretation is helpful to the collation and research of the text of the Nanbu Archives,and provides a reference for the revision of the large dictionary,adding the unaccepted entries or meanings of the dictionary,or delaying the documentary evidence in advance.
