摘要
介绍了一种基于自激振荡变换器(Ringing Choke Converter,RCC)调光的智能色温调节方法。该方法能在手动调节可控硅调光器进行调光时,使得发光二极管(Light-emitting Diode,LED)的色温随亮度的降低而降低(或随亮度的升高而升高),以增强用户的舒适和放松感。针对具有buck-boost电路的简易型RCC驱动电源存在的电压调整率偏高问题,提出了电感电流的优化方案。采用前端调光角检测电路,对可控硅调光器的调光角进行了精确检测。对多盏LED灯组受控于同一个可控硅调光器时色温切换点的不一致问题提出了校正方法,并进行了实验。实验结果表明,采用所提出的校正方法校正后,色温切换点的一致性大为改善。
This paper presents an intelligent color temperature adjustment method based on RCC dimming.This method can make the color temperature of LED decrease with the decrease of brightness(or increase with the increase of brightness)when manually adjusting the triac dimmer for dimming,thus enhancing the warmth,comfort and relaxation of users.To address the high voltage regulation rate in the simple buck-boost RCC drive power supply,a scheme to optimize the inductance current is proposed.Also,the front dimming angle detection circuit is used to accurately detect the dimming angle of the thyristor dimmer.A correction method is proposed for the inconsistency of color temperature switching point caused by multiple LEDs controlled by the same triac dimmer,and experiments are carried out.The experimental results show that the correction method significantly improves the consistency of color temperature switching points.
