我国农村居家养老服务法治化保障路径研究

Study on the path of legalization guarantee of Chinese rural home care service

随着经济社会发展,我国人口老龄化日趋严重,由政府主导并给予财政支持的居家养老模式应运而生。然而,目前农村居家养老服务存在法律体系不完备、养老服务法律保障机制不健全以及养老服务监管不到位等问题,在一定程度上阻碍了居家养老服务事业推进。基于此,提出了完善养老服务立法体系、健全养老服务法律保障机制、构建多元化监管机制等推进农村居家养老服务法治化进程的措施建议。

With the development of the economy and society,the aging population is increasingly serious in our country,and home care mode which is dominated by the government and provided with financial support has come into being.However,there are currently some problems in the rural home care service,such as the incomplete legal system,inadequate legal guarantee mechanism and supervision of the elderly care service,which hinder the promotion of the home care service to a certain extent.Based on this situation,this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the legislation system and legal guarantee mechanism of elderly care services,and construct a diversified supervision mechanism to promote the legalization process of rural home-based elderly service.
