肉苁蓉功能性成分质量控制和生物活性研究进展

肉苁蓉为品种珍贵的沙生植物,作为功效价值宝贵的滋补中药材,具有极高的药用、食用和生态价值;其使用历史悠久,素有“沙漠人参”之美誉。肉苁蓉中含有多种生物活性成分,如苯乙醇苷类、多糖类、金属元素等130种。现代药理学研究证实,肉苁蓉中的生物活性成分具有改善便秘、补肾壮阳、抗骨质疏松、抗衰老、改善记忆、提高免疫力等方面的功效。文章系统地从肉苁蓉属植物生物活性成分种类、以及肉苁蓉生物活性成分所具有的功效2个方面进行论述。旨在为肉苁蓉的合理应用、产品开发及质量控制提供参考依据和研究思路。

Desertliving cistanche is the stem of a prescious psammophyte.As a rare nourishing Chinese medicinal material with valuable efficacy,it has extremely high medicinal,edible and ecological values.Its use in traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and is rated as"desert ginseng".Desertliving cistanche contains a variety of bioactive ingredients,such as phenylethanol glycosides,polysaccharides,metal elements and so on,totaling 130 kinds.Modern pharmacological studies have confirmed that the bioactive ingredients in it have the effects of relieving constipation,tonifying the kidney and strengthening yang,anti-osteoporosis,anti-aging,improving memory and enhancing immunity.This article systematically discusses the types of its bioactive components and their effects,aiming at providing references and research ideas for its rational application,product development and quality control.
