二十四节气饮食民俗的都市传承研究——以上海饮食类非遗为例

Urban Inheritance of Food Folklore in 24 Solar Terms Taking Shanghai Cuisine Intangible Cultural Heritage as an Example

二十四节气融入当代生活的关键,是要契合民众的文化心理与生活需求,主动适应当代社会的需求和发展趋势。在传统农业生产已经日渐远离人们生活的现代都市社会,部分生活民俗事象还与二十四节气紧密相关,而其中的饮食民俗则是与人们联系最为密切的内容。上海的饮食类非遗中有许多与节气相关的项目,推动二者联动发展,对于节气饮食文化的传承和保护具有重要意义。未来应进一步强化节气与饮食的联系,保护本位性文化,创新开发与节气相关的产品,挖掘特殊节气的饮食习俗,通过文旅开发或申遗,进一步推动节气饮食文化的发展。

The key to integrating the 24 solar terms into contemporary life is to cater to the cultural psychology and life needs of the people,and to take initiatives in adapting to such needs in contemporary society.In the modern urban society where traditional agricultural production has been increasingly detached from public life,some portions of the folk customs are still closely related to the 24 solar terms,among which the food customs are the most predominant.Many items concerning the solar term are involved in Shanghai’s food intangible heritage,which promotes the joint development of the two and is of great significance for the inheritance and protection.In the future,we should further strengthen the connection between solar term and diet,protect oriented culture,innovate and develop related products,explore the food customs of specific solar term,as well as enhance the development of solar term diet culture through cultural tourism development or world heritage application.
