摘要
基坑施工过程中存在碳排放问题,在国家双碳目标的大背景下,探讨其碳排放问题意义显著。结合长沙运达中央广场3期高层建筑基坑工程,研究反压土+斜支撑基坑支护结构的碳排放量计算方法,分析建材生产阶段、弃土运输阶段、施工建造阶段的碳排放量,并设计16组五参数四水平的碳排放量正交试验,开展结构底板长度、斜支撑倾角、斜支撑直径、反压土高度与反压土上底等参数对碳排放量的敏感性分析,根据试验结果,提出该支护体系的减碳设计建议,即尽可能增大结构底板长度、减小斜支撑倾角。
There are a lot of carbon emission issues during foundation excavation construction.Under the background of national double-carbon policy,it is of great significance to analyze the carbon emission of foundation excavation engineering.Based on a foundation excavation engineering of Changsha Yunda Central Plaza phase 3 tall building,the method to calculate the carbon emission of back-pressure soil combined with inclined support was studied by analyzing the carbon emission of building materials production period,construction period and soil transportation period.The sensitivity of length of bottom plate needed constructed,inclined angle and diameter of diagonal support,height and upper base of back-pressure soil to carbon emission was analyzed by orthogonal experiment.It is suggested that the length of bottom plate needed constructed should be enlarge as much as possible,and the inclined angle should be decreased.
