摘要 乡村教育现代化占据中国式教育现代化的“半壁江山”。乡村教育发展相对复杂,与城镇教育发展存在差异,尚未全面从现代化技术中汲取发展的力量。专门探索中国式乡村教育现代化议题,意在构建完整、系统、全面的中国式教育现代化体系。中国式乡村教育现代化是以培育乡村人才为中心的现代化,是在彰显乡土特色中全面赶超城镇教育和全面推动乡村振兴的现代化,是促进人与自然和谐共生以实现乡村文明新形态的现代化,是传承中华优秀耕读文化并以劳动创造为主导的现代化。中国式乡村教育现代化的价值导向应跳出“二元”论争,积极遵循国家发展的价值引领,秉持乡土文化的价值禀赋,坚定教育本位的价值立场,立足高质量发展的价值追求,奠定乡村主体现代化的价值基调。中国式乡村教育现代化的实现既要遵循中国式教育现代化道路的一般逻辑,也应符合乡村本土语境,在政治逻辑上以完善乡村教育政策为根本保障,在历史逻辑上以传承乡村教育经验为发展依据,在理论逻辑上以马克思主义理论为科学指导,在实践逻辑上以乡村学校整体变革为基本方略。 Rural education modernization plays a significant role in the Chinese path to education modernization.Different from that of urban education,the development of rural education is relatively complex,and it has not yet fully absorbed the motive power from modern technology.The purpose of exploring the issue of the Chinese path to rural education modernization is to build a complete,systematic and comprehensive education system.The Chinese path to rural education modernization focuses on cultivating rural talents,comprehensively surpasses urban education and promotes rural revitalization while highlighting local characteristics,and promotes the harmonious coexistence of human beings and nature to achieve a new form of rural civilization.It inherits the Chinese excellent farming-reading culture and takes labor creation as the leading factor.The value orientation of the Chinese path to rural education modernization should jump out of the“dualism”debate.We should not only actively follow the value guidance of national development,uphold the value source of local culture,and firmly adhere to the value position of education standards,but also be based on the value pursuit of high-quality development and lay the value tone of the rural modernization’s subjects.The Chinese path to rural education modernization will follow the general logic of the Chinese path to education modernization,and comply with the local context of rural areas.In political logic,improving rural education policy is the essential guarantee.In historical logic,the development is based on the inheritance of rural education experience.In theoretical logic,Marxist theory is the scientific guide.And in practical logic,the basic strategy is to transform the rural schools as a whole.
