基于数学模型的燃油加油机容量示值误差校正

摘要 燃油加油机是成品油贸易流通过程中的重要计量器具,为保证油品的计量准确,对燃油加油机的检查工作尤为重要。现有的检测方式基本以静态定容技术显示燃油加油机的容量,受检测环境影响会存在一定的显示误差,因此,研究了基于数学模型的燃油加油机容量示值误差校正方法。基于数学模型构建燃油加油机调平模型,选择ARM处理器和传感器以及执行机构进行连接,在数学模型中连接数据传感器和摄像头以及上位机等检测装置,在多个装置的共同作用下完成燃油加油机的容量数据传输和嵌入。以超文本形式校正燃油加油机容量示值,实现方法设计。实验结果表明:以不同的地面坡度和标尺作为测试变量进行燃油加油机容量示值采集,该方法应用后能够保证在2.0 s内实现误差校正,且校正准确率较高,具有应用效果。 The fuel dispenser was an important measuring instrument in the process of product oil trade circulation,and in order to ensure the accuracy of oil measurement,the inspection of fuel dispenser was particularly important.The existing detection methods basically used static constant volume technology to display the capacity of the fuel dispenser,and there would be some display errors due to the impact of the detection environment,so it was studied that the correction method of the capacity indication error of the fuel dispenser based on the mathematical model.The leveling model of the fuel dispenser was built based on the mathematical model,and the ARM processor was selected to connect with the sensor and the actuator.The data sensor,camera,upper computer and other detection devices were connected in the mathematical model to complete the capacity data transmission and embedding of the fuel dispenser under the joint action of multiple devices.The capacity indication of fuel dispenser was corrected in hypertext form,and the implementation method was designed.The experimental results showed that different ground slopes and scales were used as test variables to collect the indicated values of fuel dispenser capacity,after the application of this method,the error correction could be achieved within 2.0 s,the correction accuracy was high,and it was with application effect.
