Construction and Application of Safety Production Liability Insurance Information Management System

建立和实施安全生产责任保险制度是发挥保险机构防范化解重大安全风险、提高企业安全生产能力的重要举措。本文系统分析了安全生产责任保险的发展现状及实施过程中存在的问题,根据有关标准和规范,设计开发了一套基于Model View Controller框架的安全生产责任保险信息管理系统。实践表明,系统可以准确反映关联企业投保、理赔、事故预防技术服务、风险隐患等信息,有效解决安全生产责任保险业务主体多元、流程繁杂、管理低效、数据难以共享等难题,为安全生产责任保险制度的实施提供科技支撑。

The establishment and implementation of the safety production liability insurance system is an important measure for the insurance institutions to prevent and resolve major safety risks and improve the safety production capacity of enterprises.This article systematically analyzes the development status of safety production liability insurance and the problems with practical application.An information management system of safety production liability insurance is designed and developed based on the Model View Controller.Practice has shown that the system can accurately reflect the insurance,claims,accident prevention technical services,risks and other information of associated enterprises,effectively solve the problems of diversified business entities,complicated processes,inefficient management,and difficult data sharing of production safety liability insurance,and provide scientific and technological support for the implementation of production safety liability insurance system.
