摘要
深化管理育人,是促进“三全育人”理念在高职领域全面落地、提升高素质技术技能型人才培养水平、构建新时代高职教育治理体系的必然要求。鉴于管理与育人难以协同运行、管理育人的德育效果弱化、学生在管理育人中的主体地位不能得到充分体现等问题,提出强化育人导向、构建管理与育人互融共促机制,强化队伍建设、构建德技兼修的协同育人机制,强化制度建设、构建以生为本的科学管理体制等对策。
Deepening education through management is an inevitable requirement for promoting the full implementation of the “Three-comprehensive Education” in higher vocational colleges,for improving the training level of high-quality technical and skilled talents,and for building higher vocational education governance system in the new era.However,many problems exist in its practice:difficulty in coordinating management and education;weak moral education effect;and students' subject position not fully represented,etc.This paper puts forward some useful countermeasures in dealing with these problems:strengthening education-oriented management to build an integrated mechanism with mutual promotion between management and education;reinforcing contingent construction to build a collaborative education mechanism of moral and technical training;and strengthening system construction to build a scientific student-centered management system,etc.
