摘要
高职院校开展劳动教育的目的是培养高素质技能型人才。通过问题导向、关联思维、系统思考,构建“一主多元协同,四位一体推进”劳动模式,解决劳动教育单一、劳动教育课程体系断层、劳动教育模式纷杂等问题。构建课程劳育、专业劳育、实践劳育、文化劳育的教育体系,多方位、多途径开展劳动教育,协同育人,合力育人,促进学生的全面发展。
The purpose of labor education in higher vocational institutions is to cultivate high-quality skill-based talents.Taking Yangzhou Polytechnic College as an example,this paper aims to construct a “Multi-dimensional Collaboration and Four-sphere Integrated Promotion” model of labor education by adopting a problem-oriented,correlative and systemic thinking.Under this model,schools,enterprises,families and the community form a collaborative mechanism with schools as the core to construct a labor education system of curriculum,professional,practical and cultural labor education by taking multiple approaches,thus forming synergy and cooperation in cultivating students and promoting students' overall development.
