类型教育视角下“四史”教育融入高职思政教育的逻辑理路和路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 高职教育人才培养规格新要求、“育技”与“育人”不平衡现状、生源质量和构成出现新动向等给“四史”教育融入高职院校思想政治教育提出了时代挑战。为此,要准确把握“四史”教育融入高职院校思想政治教育的核心要义和实践要求,通过“明理,点理想之光”“增信,增信仰之力”“崇德,筑匠人之德”“力行,做实干之人”,探索从“迎合”青年喜好到“赢得”青年价值认同的“四史”铸魂育人之路。 The new requirements for higher vocational personnel training specifications,the imbalance between “teaching skills” and “educating people”,and the new trends in the quality and composition of students have posed challenges to the integration of the “Four Histories” education into ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately grasp the core meaning and practical requirements of the integration of the “Four Histories” education into the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,and explore the way of the “Four Histories” from catering to youth's preferences to winning their value recognition through the following methods:rationalizing and inspiring ideals;increasing credibility and strengthening the power of belief;advocating morality and building the virtue of craftsmen;and valuing practice and being practical.
