输尿管支架相关并发症的研究进展

Research progress of ureteral stent related complications

输尿管支架是泌尿外科常用的内引流工具之一,是泌尿外科手术的基本组成部分。然而输尿管支架留置会引起一系列并发症,这不仅影响疾病的治疗效果,还会增加再入院风险,降低患者的生活质量。目前除了改进输尿管支架的材料与设计外,健康宣教和药物干预也是预防和治疗输尿管支架相关并发症的重要手段。文章主要对输尿管支架相关并发症及其防治策略研究进行综述。

Asa basic component of urology,ureteral stent is one of the commonly used internal drainage tools.However,ureteral stent indwelling will cause a series of complications,which will affect the therapeutic effect of the disease and increase the risk of readmission and reduce the quality of life of patients.At present,besides improving the material and design of ureteral stent,health education and drug intervention are also important means to prevent and treat ureteral stent related complications.This manuscript reviews the research on ureteral stent related complications and their prevention and treatment strategies.
