摘要
Asprosin是一种脂肪细胞源性细胞因子,研究表明Asprosin在糖尿病、代谢综合征、食欲调控及肿瘤的发生发展等多种生理及病理过程中发挥作用。近年来,有多项研究发现Asprosin可通过调控下丘脑-垂体-睾丸轴、调节生精过程、调节卵泡发育和成熟过程,从而调节机体性腺激素水平及其功能。多囊卵巢综合征是一种常见的内分泌妇科疾病,研究发现Asprosin对于多囊卵巢综合征的卵泡发育具有一定的调节作用。因此,Asprosin有望作为一种新的性腺发育及性腺功能评价的关键分子,成为临床治疗不孕不育症新的干预靶点。文章主要就Asprosin性腺发育及其功能调节中的研究进展进行综述。
Asprosin is an adipocyte-derived cytokine and plays a role in various physiological and pathological processes,such as diabetes mellitus,metabolic syndrome,appetite regulation,and tumor development.In recent years,several studies have found that Asprosin can regulate the gonadal hormone levels and their function by regulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis,spermatogenesis process,and follicle development and maturation process.Polycystic ovarian syndrome is a common endocrine-gynecological disease.Asprosin regulates the follicular development in polycystic ovarian syndrome.Therefore,Asprosin is expected to serve as a new key molecule for gonadal development and gonad function evaluation,and become a new intervention target for the clinical treatment of infertility.Here,we review the research progress of Asprosin in gonadal development and its functional regulation.
