激光熔覆钴基合金涂层稀释率预测数学模型构建

摘要 激光熔覆操作过程中,很多参数都会对涂层稀释率具有影响,稀释率过大、过小都会直接关系到激光熔覆涂层质量。基于上述背景,构建激光熔覆钴基合金涂层稀释率预测数学模型。计算影响因素与稀释率之间的灰度关联度,筛选出大于1.0的影响因素作为预测模型的自变量。参照选出的影响因素,通过实验采集样本数据。将样本数据输入到基于多元回归模型当中,估算回归系数,完成预测模型构建。结果表明:所构建的预测模型应用下,激光熔覆钴基合金涂层稀释率预测值与实际值之间的拟合优度均大于0.9,说明所构建的预测模型准确性较高。 In the process of laser cladding operation,many parameters will have an impact on the coating dilution rate.Too large or too small dilution rate will directly affect the quality of laser cladding coating.Based on the above background,a mathematical model for predicting the dilution ratio of laser cladding cobalt-based alloy coating is established.The gray correlation between the influencing factors and the dilution ratio is calculated,and the influencing factors greater than 1.0 are screened as the independent variables of the prediction model.Sample data are collected experimentally with reference to the selected influencing factors.Input the sample data into the multiple regression models,estimate the regression coefficient and complete the construction of the prediction model.The results show that under the application of the prediction model,the goodness-of-fit between the predicted value of coating dilution ratio of laser cladding cobalt-based alloy and the actual value is greater than 0.9,indicating that the accuracy of the constructed prediction model is high.
