摘要
北京冬季奥运村人才公租房项目装配式高层住宅采用钢框架-防屈曲钢板剪力墙结构体系,其中一标段设置1298块预制装配式防屈曲钢板墙,其立面位于地面层以上,屋面层以下,平面处于内钢框核心筒范围。针对结构内防屈曲钢板剪力墙吊装时翻身复杂,安装结构空间小、阻碍多,吊点设置困难,与现有钢结构、钢筋桁架楼承板交界面无缝连接等问题,通过一系列的施工技术,有效解决了北京冬奥运村人才公租房项目钢框架—内钢框筒内嵌预制防屈曲钢板剪力墙施工难题,经济、安全可靠的目标,保证了结构安装精度和施工质量,同时也印证了该施工技术的可靠性。
The steel-frame buckling-restrained steel plate shear wall structure is applied in prefabricated high-rise residential buildings of the public rental housing project in Beijing Winter Olympics Village.The wall of one section consists of 1298 prefabricated buckling-restrained steel plates,of which the façade is above the ground and below the roof and the plane is inside the inner steel-frame core tube.In order to solve the problems of buckling-restrained steel plate shear walls of structures,such as complex overturning in hoisting,small installation space,various obstacles,and difficulties in setup of hoisting points and seamless connection with existing steel structures and steel bar truss decks,a series of construction technologies have been developed,thus effectively solving the problems of shear walls with steel frames and prefabricated buckling-restrained steel plates in inner steel frame tubes in the public rental housing project of Beijing Winter Olympics Village,ensuring the structural installation accuracy and construction quality based on the principles of economy,feasibility,safety and reliability,and also demonstrating the reliability of such construction technologies.
