摘要 模块化建筑是高度集成化的装配式建筑,具有快速建造、高度集成、现场用工少的特点。然而相比于传统建筑,已经出厂的模块单元难以在现场进行二次拆改,返厂维修则成本高昂,因此在前期就需要充分考虑工厂生产、现场安装和后期维护的可行性和便捷性。主要研究DfMA和智能建造在模块化建筑中的应用,从而实现模块化建筑设计、制造和组装阶段的纵向打通和全生命周期的科学管理,提升模块化建造的质量、效率、智能化程度和工业化水平。 A modular building is a highly integrated prefabricated building,which is characterized by rapid construction,high-level integration and less labor on site.Compared with traditional buildings,however,secondary dismantling and renovation of modular members that have already been manufactured cannot be carried out easily on site and the return to the factory for maintenance is expensive.Accordingly,the feasibility and convenience in factory production,on-site installation and later maintenance should be fully considered at the early stage.This paper mainly studies the application of DfMA and intelligent construction in modular buildings,in order to perform vertical integration at design,manufacturing,and assembly stages and scientific management within the entire life cycle,thereby improving the quality,efficiency,intelligence and industrialization of modular construction.
