摘要
随着我国水利行业的发展,对抽水能源站的要求越来越高,从水站厂房的振动振源、特性分析、响应特征3个方面分析了水电站厂房受震动影响引发的一系列问题。在水电站长时间服役时期,运行水头和转速持续提高,对厂房的结构稳定性有着极高的要求,其中不乏出现厂房结构构建的问题。通过以上3个方面的研究得出以下结论:①在大型水电站厂房的振动特性研究与分析中,尾水管内的水压脉动与蜗壳为振源传递的主要途径;②组合分析原型观测结果与模型计算的特性,对水电站厂房特性的研究起着至关重要的作用;③进一步解决厂房振动问题,需要进行水力振动引起水电站厂房结构振动安全评价标准的研究。
With the development of China's water conservancy industry,the requirements for pumped energy stations are becoming higher and higher,which inevitably expose some esafety problems.During the long-term service period of the hydropower station,the hydraulic head and speed continue to increase,which has extremely high requirements for the structural stability of the plant,and there will inevitably be problems related to the structural vibration of the plant.This paper discusses the vibration safety of hydropower station buildings from three aspects:vibrationsource,vibration characteristic analysis and vibration response analysis.The results areas follows:①the reasonableaction mode and vibration source transfer path of water pressure pulsation in the volute and tailpipe flow channel in the analysis of vibration characteristics of large-scale hydropower station buildings are discussed;②the role of model calculation and comparative analysis of prototype observation results in the study of vibration characteristics of hydropowerplant buildings is emphasized;③the research on the vibration safety evaluation standards of hydropower plant structures caused by hydraulic vibrationis carried out.
