基于钢结构主体工程的玻璃幕墙及铝板幕墙施工技术研究

Research of Construction Technology of Glass Curtain Wall and Aluminum Plate Curtain Wall Based on Steel Structure Main Engineering

以上海某厂房项目为例,对玻璃幕墙、铝板幕墙的主要做法和技术措施进行研究。针对玻璃幕墙、铝板幕墙系统中埋件的安装、连接件、打胶与防渗漏施工、转角部位的安装、收边收口、施工质量通病等重、难点问题,根据现场实际情况,确定保温节能、层间防火封堵等施工工艺的构造做法,最终完成的玻璃幕墙、铝板幕墙观感较好,达到设计方案最初的预计效果,为后续不同材料的幕墙系统的选择提供了设计和施工的经验,可在后续类似项目中借鉴和推广。

Taking a factory building project in Shanghai as an example,the main methods and technical measures of glass curtain walls and aluminum panel curtain walls were studied to solve the key and difficult points in the installation of embedded parts,connectors,gluing and anti leakage construction,installation of corner parts,edge closing,and common construction quality problems in glass curtain walls and aluminum panel curtain wall systems.Based on the actual situation on site,insulation and energy conservation were determined The construction techniques such as interlayer fireproof sealing and other construction techniques have resulted in a good appearance of the glass curtain wall and aluminum panel curtain wall,achieving the initial expected effect of the design plan.This provides design and construction experience for the selection of curtain wall systems with different materials in the future,and can be referenced and promoted in similar projects in the future.
