电子厂房钢筋混凝土框架结构设计

摘要 针对钢筋混凝土框架结构设计质量问题,以某地块工业项目为例进行案例分析。先结合项目实际情况,确定采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,再采用结构受力分析、超限情况分析、软件计算等方式,加强横向框架、支撑体系、托架结构、板式楼梯的合理设计,并采取提高混凝土强度等级、增加梁截面宽度、降低梁高等措施,最终解决超限问题,实现结构设计质量的提升,节约了工程造价,提升了综合项目效益。 Nowadays,how to control the design quality of reinforced concrete frame structures has become one of the hot topics studied by scholars in the industry.Therefore,this article is based on the quality issue of reinforced concrete frame structure design,and takes a certain industrial project as an example for case analysis.Firstly,based on the actual situation of the project,a reinforced concrete frame structure system was determined to be used.Then,structural stress analysis,over limit analysis,software calculation,and other methods were used to strengthen the reasonable design of horizontal frames,support systems,bracket structures,and slab stairs.Measures were taken to improve the strength grade of concrete,increase the width of beam sections,and reduce the height of beams.Ultimately,the over limit problem was solved,and the quality of structural design was improved,It is also beneficial for saving project costs and improving comprehensive project benefits.The writing of this article has certain reference significance for the development of the field of architectural structural design research.
