发动机空气滤清器的优化设计与数字分析研究

摘要 随着终端用户和汽车整车厂对发动机进气系统功能、质量、成本、个性化等方面需求的日益提升,零部件制造企业必须更及时高效地做出响应。通过发动机进气系统产品设计过程的优化设计和数字分析,满足了整车厂快速响应的需求,针对某车厂进行全新的发动机进气系统设计优化,满足国家法律法规和乘客舒适性的双重要求。依照现有发动机的环境,布置整车进气系统结构,采用有限元分析软件分析结构强度,满足耐久要求;使用CFD软件,分析进气系统的压力损失,给发动机提供充足的氧气,保证燃油的充分燃烧;使用声学计算软件建立声学有限元模型,利用有限元方法计算空气滤清器的传递损失,提升进气系统的消声性能,减少噪声,提升驾驶的舒适性。 With the increasing demand for engine intake system functionality,quality,cost,and personalization from end users and automotive manufacturers,component manufacturing enterprises must respond more promptly and efficiently.This article focuses on the optimization design and digital analysis of the engine intake system product design process,meeting the rapid response needs of the entire vehicle factory.A new engine intake system design optimization is carried out for a certain vehicle factory,meeting the dual requirements of national laws and regulations and passenger comfort.According to the existing engine environment,arrange the intake system structure of the entire vehicle,and use finite element analysis software to analyze the structural strength to meet the durability requirements;Use CFD software to analyze the pressure loss of the intake system,provide sufficient oxygen to the engine,and ensure full combustion of fuel;Establish an acoustic finite element model using acoustic calculation software,calculate the transmission loss of the air filter using finite element method,improve the noise reduction performance of the intake system,reduce noise,and enhance driving comfort.
