摘要
通过案例对某石化企业加氢装置E2104AB管箱吊装的新方法进行探讨,分析以往吊装工艺存在的不足和问题,讨论新吊装方法的总体方案、吊装工况、吊装机具选择计算、吊耳强度计算以及15CrMo管箱筒体上焊接吊耳工艺要求等内容,提炼和固化了15CrMo管箱筒体增设吊耳的施工步骤、工序措施、质控要点及安全管控措施。重点对比新旧方法优缺点,优化提升吊装工艺,并简要说明新吊装方法的具体实施过程。经过实践验证,管箱筒体增设吊耳是一种安全、快捷、可行的新方法。
Through a case study,a specific discussion was conducted on the new method for lifting the E2104AB pipe box of a hydrogenation unit in a petrochemical enterprise.The shortcomings and problems of previous lifting processes were analyzed.The overall plan,lifting conditions,selection and calculation of lifting equipment,calculation of lifting lug strength,and requirements for welding lifting lugs on the 15CrMo pipe box barrel of the new lifting method were discussed.The construction steps and process measures for adding lifting lugs on the 15CrMo pipe box barrel were extracted and solidified Quality control points and safety control measures.Emphasis will be placed on comparing new and old methods,optimizing and improving the lifting process,and briefly explaining the specific implementation process of the new lifting method.After practical verification,adding lifting eyes to the pipe box barrel is a safe,fast,and feasible new method.
