摘要
本文通过构建Cobb-Douglas生产函数模型对中国鲍鱼养殖资源开发所处的发展阶段进行判别,并进一步构建面板数据变系数模型,实证考察我国主要省份鲍鱼养殖资源开发的区际差异。结果表明,当前我国鲍鱼养殖资源开发尚处于规模报酬递减阶段,我国鲍鱼养殖业整体上仍属于传统的资源消耗性产业。着眼于我国鲍鱼养殖业的高质量发展,当前应着力做好生产要素的调整工作,通过对鲍鱼养殖要素的优化配置,尽快提升我国鲍鱼养殖资源的开发效率。展望未来,我国的鲍鱼养殖业必须走出一条依靠技术进步和市场开拓、减少物资和人力资源消耗的新型发展道路。
In this article,the Cobb Douglas production function model is constructed to distinguish the development stage of abalone aquaculture resources development in China,and the panel data variable coefficient model is further constructed to empirically investigate the inter regional differences in the development of abalone aquaculture resources in the main provinces of China.The results show that the current development of abalone aquaculture resources in China is still in the stage of diminishing returns to scale,and the abalone aquaculture industry in China as a whole is still a traditional resource consuming industry.With the view of the high quality development of abalone aquaculture in China,we should focus on the adjustment of production factors at present,and improve the development efficiency of abalone aquaculture resources in China as soon as possible by optimizing the allocation of abalone aquaculture elements.Looking forward to the future,China′s abalone aquaculture industry must embark on a new development path that relies on technological progress and market development and reduces the consumption of materials and human resources.
