摘要 用水热法和煅烧技术制备了NiFe_(2-x)M_(x)O_(4)(M=Ce,Sm,Gd,x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,0.10)系列尖晶石型铁氧体。用X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscopy,SEM)和矢量网络分析仪(vector network analyzer,VNA)等表征和测试了铁氧体粉末的结构、形貌及电磁性能。结果表明,膜与材料的微波吸收机理不同,膜的微波吸收理论基础是电磁波理论而不是阻抗匹配理论;膜可以使材料超量吸收微波,该性质可望拓展微波吸收膜的其他应用。 A series of spinel ferrite NiFe_(2-x)M_(x)O_(4)(M=Ce,Sm,Gd,x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,and 0.10)were prepared by hydrothermal method and calcination technology.The structure,morphology,and electromagnetic properties of ferrite powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and vector network analyzer(VNA).The results show that the microwave absorption mechanism of the film is different from that of the material.The theoretical basis of microwave absorption of films is electromagnetic wave theory rather than impedance matching theory.The film can make the material absorb excessive microwaves,which is useful to expand microwave absorption to other applications.
