创新驱动对高质量发展的影响——来自中国18个发达城市的证据

Impact of innvation-driven on high quality developmentEvidence from 18 developed cities in China

创新是引领发展的第一动力,创新驱动是新发展格局下实现高质量发展的核心抓手。分析了创新驱动对高质量发展影响的理论机理,使用熵权法构建出创新驱动与经济高质量发展2个系统的评价指标体系,依据中国18个发达城市2011—2020年的统计数据,对2个指标体系分别进行了测算,在此基础上研究了创新驱动对高质量发展的影响。研究结果表明:中国发达城市的科技创新能力和高质量发展水平仍不平衡,不同城市之间的差距较大;在中国发达城市之中创新驱动对高质量发展具有明显的推动作用。针对中国发达城市中创新驱动对高质量发展影响的研究,为中国建设创新型国家,更好实现高质量发展提供了政策参考。

Innovation is the first driving force to lead development,and innvation-driven is an important step for achieving high quality development under the new development pattern.This paper analyzes the theoretical mechanism of the impact of innvation-driven on high-quality development,constructs two systematic evaluation index systems of innvation-driven and high-quality economic development using entropy weight method,and measures the two index systems respectively based on the statistical data of 18 developed cities in China from 2011 to 2020.The empirical results show that the scientific and technological innovation capability and high quality development level of Chinese developed cities are still unbalanced,and there is a large gap between different cities;innvation-driven has a significant role in promoting high quality development among Chinese developed cities.This paper innovatively investigates the impact of innvation-driven on high-quality development in China s developed cities,and provides policy reference for building an innovative country and better achieving high-quality development in China.
