超声造影在介入医学的应用研究进展

Advances in the application and research of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in interventional medicine

近年来,超声造影(CEUS)广泛应用于临床诊断和介入医学。CEUS检查使用超声造影剂(UCAs),实时评估其在血管或体腔内的灌注情况,从而观察血管病变及相应组织解剖结构变化情况。目前,CEUS在介入医学中的应用包括超声引导下穿刺活检、观察病灶内积液引流位置、优化血管畸形硬化治疗、指导关节造影和淋巴结干预等。因此,对CEUS与UCAs的基本原理及其在介入医学中应用的系统综述,有利于为临床医师的实践提供理论依据。

In recent years,contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)has been widely used in clinical diagnosis and interventional medicine.CEUS examination uses ultrasound contrast agents(UCAs)to assess the perfusion of blood vessels or body cavities in real-time,allowing the observation of vascular lesions and corresponding changes in tissue anatomy.Currently,the applications of CEUS in interventional medicine include ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy,observation of the location of fluid drainage within lesions,optimization of treatment for vascular malformations sclerotherapy,guidance for joint injection,and lymph node intervention,etc.Therefore,a systematic review of the basic principles of CEUS and UCAs,as well as their applications in interventional medicine,provides a theoretical basis for the practice of clinical physicians.
