全程递进式培养教学模式在高职手术室方向护生中的应用研究

摘要 目的 探讨全程递进式培养教学模式在培养高职手术室护理方向学生职业素养中的应用效果。方法 选取2018级手术室护理方向班的学生为对照组,选取2019级手术室护理方向班的学生为观察组。对照组采用“前期趋同、后期分流”的教学模式,观察组采用“全程递进式培养”的教学模式,比较两组学生的手术室护理专业课程考核总成绩和教学满意度。结果 对照组学生手术室护理专业课程考核成绩为(80.20±4.23)分,观察组为(82.26±5.25)分;观察组学生对教学效果的满意度明显高于对照组,以上两组的比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在手术室护理专业方向教育中采用全程递进式培养教学模式,加强对学生职业素养的培养,提高了手术室护理方向人才培养质量,提升了学生的满意度、职业认同感,为高职护理专业进行手术室护理方向人才培养提供了可借鉴的教学模式。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of the whole-process progressive training mode in improving the professionalism of nursing students in the operating room direction of higher vocational colleges.Method The nursing students of grade 2018 and grade 2019 in the operating room direction were the control group and the observational group respectively.The observational group was assigned to the operating room direction from the first year onwards,using whole-process progressive training mode.The control group was classified into the operating room direction in the second year and incorporated into the operating room training scheme.The total scores of the specialized courses of the nursing students in the operating room direction,and their satisfaction with the teaching were compared.Results The total scores of the nursing specialized courses in the operating room were(80.20±4.23)points in the control group and(82.26±5.25)points in the observational group.The observational group was significantly more satisfied with the teaching effect than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the professional education of nursing in the operating room direction,the whole-process progressive training mode was adopted to strengthen the cultivation of students′professionalism,improved the quality of nursing personnel training in the operating room,and enhanced students'satisfaction and professional identity.This study provides a referential teaching model for higher vocational nursing colleges to carry out the training of operating room nursing personnel.
