Research on Distribution Network Power Reliability Improving in Rural Area

能源安全已成为我国战略安全的关键组成部分,提升乡村配电网供电可靠性,实现99.99%的管理目标,可为快速发展绿色低碳的乡村能源提供支撑。针对某地区乡村配电网供电的实际情况和季节性能源波动需求,基于营配融合变电站每日生产管理系统(power management system,PMS)的线路低电压、重负荷等问题进行在线监控,逐一消除供电半径长、台区功率因数低、变压器重过载等问题,实施改善无功功率供给、应用在线监测预警等策略,最终实现低压台区数量下降77%,功率因数均大于0.8,三相不平衡度均低于15%的综合治理目标。

Energy security has become a key component of China s strategic security.It improves power supply reliability in the rural area and achieves the management target of 99.99%.It can support the rapid development of green and low-carbon rural energy.According to the actual situation of power supply in the rural area distribution network and seasonal energy fluctuation demand,based on substation daily production management system(PMS)of business distribution integration monitoring online low voltage,heavy load and other problems,it eliminates such problems one by one like long power supply radius,low power factor in substation area,heavy overload of transformer.It implements strategies such as improving reactive power supply,applying online monitoring and early warning.Finally it realizes a comprehensive treatment target quantity of 77%reduction in low voltage substation area.The power factor is greater than 0.8,and the three-phase imbalance is also lower than 15%.
