摘要 对发电企业煤场数字化改造问题进行研究,提出数字化煤场改造及智慧管理平台一体化建设方案。通过对煤场管理、斗轮机数字化水平、作业预警和管理平台建设进行创新升级,可有效提高煤场运营水平。煤场热值损失和污染物排放每年降低约6000 t标煤,斗轮机实现无人值守和高度自动化作业,实现了煤场内交叉作业多级预警机制,相关数据汇总得出精准作业指导信息。整体上作业模型得以优化,配煤掺烧精准度明显提高,有效降低了企业燃料成本。 It researches digital transformation problem of the coal yard of power generation enterprises,and puts forward the digital coal yard transformation and intelligent management platform integration construction scheme.Through the coal yard management,digital level of stacker,operational warning and management platform construction,it carries out innovation and upgrade,which can effectively improve the operation level of coal yard.The calorific value loss and pollutant emission of the coal yard are reduced by about 6000 t standard coal every year.Stackers achieve unattended and highly automated operations,which realized multi-level early warning mechanism of coal yard cross operation.Relevant data are summarized to obtain accurate operation guidance information.Overall,the operation model is optimized,the accuracy of coal blending is obviously improved,and the fuel cost of the enterprise is effectively reduced.
