Research On Cross-regional Emergency Coordination for Major Emergencies:Review and Prospect

为厘清重大突发事件跨区域应急协同领域的研究脉络,以CNKI数据库中1979—2022年间刊发于CSSCI来源期刊的相关学术论文为研究样本,综合运用文献计量法和知识图谱可视化工具,对重大突发事件跨区域应急协同的学术关注度、科研合作度、学术期刊青睐度及学术团队成熟度进行分析。研究发现:重大突发事件跨区域应急协同研究经历了萌芽、快速上升和稳固发展三个阶段,并呈现多学科交叉融合的趋势;研究热点集中在协同模式、机制、网络、制约因素及效能优化方面;现有研究存在实证研究不足、研究视角单一等问题;未来研究应拓展研究视角,探索更具融合性的研究路径,综合运用多种定性定量方法探析应急协同效能优化策略。

In order to clarify the research on cross-regional emergency coordination in major emergencies,a sample of academic papers published in CSSCI source journals between 1979 and 2022 in the CNKI database is used to analyze the academic attention,research cooperation,academic journals’favorability and academic teams of cross-regional emergency coordination in major emergencies using a combination of bibliometric methods and knowledge graph visualization tools.The study found that the research on cross-regional emergency response coordination has gone through three stages of nascent,rapid rise and solid development,with a trend of multidisciplinary cross-fertilization;the hotspots of research are focused on cross-regional emergency coordination models,mechanisms,networks,constraints and effectiveness optimization;The existing research has problems such as insufficient empirical research and a single research perspective;In the future,we should expand research perspectives,explore more integrated research paths,and use a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods to explore strategies for optimizing the synergistic effectiveness of emergency response.
