本文介绍体验式教学概念与意义,总结国内外护理教育中人文关怀能力培养研究现状及体验式教学对护生人文关怀能力培养的思考,旨在为构建适合我国护理职前教育的,兼具实践特色的体验式教学模式提供参考。

This paper introduced the concept and significance of experiential teaching,and summarized the research status of cultivation of humanistic care ability and the reflection of experiential teaching on cultivation of humanistic care ability of nursing students in China.The aim is to provide a reference for the construction of an experiential teaching model of humanistic care in hospital nursing education which is suitable for pre-service nursing education and has practical characteristics in China.
