心理健康课程教学对大学新生学校适应性、心理弹性及心理健康的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探究心理健康课程教学对大学新生的影响。方法:选取2021年9月入学的某校120名大学新生为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),观察组给予心理健康课程教学,对照组不接受心理健康课程教学。比较干预前后两组学校适应性(大学生学校适应量表)、心理弹性[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、心理健康[焦虑自评表(SAS)和抑郁自评表(SDS)]、主观幸福感[幸福感量表(MUNSH)]及生命质量[大学生生命质量评价简明量表(QOLCS-23)]。结果:干预后,观察组大学生学校适应量表各维度评分明显高于对照组(t=6.060,5.001,4.508,5.067,9.141,6.586,6.441;P<0.05),CD-RISC量表各维度评分明显高于对照组(t=6.374,6.695,8.587;P<0.05),SAS评分和SDS评分均明显低于对照组(t=5.380,3.843;P<0.05),正性因子和MUNSH量表总评分明显高于对照组(t=3.806,6.472;P<0.05),负性因子明显低于对照组(t=6.246,P<0.05),QOLCS-23各维度评分明显高于对照组(t=4.553,6.795,5.491,3.606,3.932;P<0.05)。结论:给予大学新生心理健康课程教学,可增强其学校适应性,改善心理弹性水平,促进心理健康,提高主观幸福感,提升生命质量。 Objective:To explore the effect of mental health course teaching on college freshmen.Methods:A total of 120 freshmen were selected from a university enrolled in September 2021 as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=60).The observation group was given mental health course teaching,while the control group was not given mental health course teaching.School adaptability(college students'school adjustment scale),psychological elastic[mental resilience scale(CD-RISC)],mental health[anxiety self-assessment tables self-evaluation sheet(SAS)and depression(SDS)],subjective well-being scale(MUNSH)][happiness and quality of life[concise college students'life quality evaluation scale(QOLCS-23)]were used to compared the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the school adaptation scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=6.060,5.001,4.508,5.067,9.141,6.586,6.441;P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of CD-RISC scale were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=6.374,6.695,8.587;P<0.05),and the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=5.380,3.843;P<0.05).The positive factor and MUNSH scale total score were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=3.806,6.472;P<0.05),and the negative factor was significantly lower than those of the control group(t=6.246,P<0.05).The scores of QOLCS-23 dimensions were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=4.553,6.795,5.491,3.606,3.932;P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching of mental health course for freshmen can enhance their adaptability to school,improve their psychological resilience,promote their mental health,improve their subjective well-being,and improve their quality of life.
