内蒙古生态煤矿建设调研与相关思考

Survey of ecological coal mine construction in Inner Mongolia and related thinking

经过调研,内蒙古自治区绝大部分煤矿企业锚定绿色低碳转型发展目标不放松,在生态煤矿建设领域取得突出成绩。对内蒙古生态煤矿建设中存在的主要问题以及面临的主要挑战进行了重点阐述,认为有少部分煤矿企业存在对绿色发展重视程度不够、缺乏顶层设计和战略规划等问题,并指出部分老露天煤矿生态欠账较多,修复治理难度较大,修复土地前后面积不符、功能不同导致的工农矛盾问题突出。对内蒙古生态煤矿建设今后应重点推进的工作任务提出具体建议。

After surveying,the vast majority of coal mining enterprises have not relaxed their development goals of green and low-carbon transformation,and outstanding achievements have been achieved in ecological coal mine construction.Expounds the main problems and challenges in the construction of ecological coal mines in Inner Mongolia,thinks that a small number coal mining enterprises do not pay enough attention to green development,lack top-level design and strategic planning,and points out that some old open-pit coal mines have a lot of ecological debts,and it is difficult to repair and control.The contradiction between workers and peasants caused by the inconsistency of land area and different functions before and after the restoration is prominent.Puts forward some suggestions on the key tasks of ecological coal mine construction in Inner Mongolia in the future.
