环境脆弱区大型露天煤矿开发与生态环保协调发展研究

简要介绍了准能矿区地形地貌特征,研究了地处荒漠地区的准能矿区生态修复治理的难点和难题。阐述了国能准能集团坚持“边开采边修复”原则,建立露天煤矿水土保持宏观防御、“以蓄代排”、分散径流水蚀控制、坡面水土流失生态综合防护、人工防排水系统、生物防治技术等关键技术体系,形成与生产同步推进、规范排土作业、筛选适宜性植物、科学配置植被、标准化作业、土壤熟化改良等科学规范的矿区生态建设模式,以及取得的突出成效。立足准能集团绿色发展战略,研究了建设矿区生态经济的国家政策导向和准能集团自身具备的优势,结合准能集团目前已经取得的生态经济建设成果和良好的经济效益,认为,准能集团通过“生态+”方式构建的丰富多元产业业态,进一步提升了企业绿色品牌价值和核心竞争力,为能源企业绿色低碳转型发展做出了典型示范。

The topographic features of quasi-energy mining area ware briefly introduced,and the difficulties and problems of ecological restoration and management in quasi-energy mining area located in desert area ware studied.Adhering to the principle of"mining while repairing",China Energy Zhunneng Group had established key technology systems such as macro defense of soil and water conservation in open-pit coal mines,"storage and drainage",control of dispersed runoff and water erosion,ecological comprehensive protection of slope soil and water loss,construction of artificial water and water prevention system,and biological control technology.A scientific and standard ecological construction model of mining area had been formed,which was promoted synchronously with production,standardized soil discharge operation,screening suitable plants,scientific allocation of vegetation,standardized operation,soil ripening and improvement,and had achieved outstanding results.Based on the green development strategy of Zhuneng Group,studied the national policy orientation of building ecological economy in mining areas and the advantages of Zhuneng Group itself.Combined with the achievements of ecological economy construction and good economic benefits of Zhuneng Group,it was believed that the rich and diversified industrial forms built by"ecological+"mode of Zhuneng Group,It further enhanced the enterprise's green brand value and core competitiveness,and made a typical demonstration for the green and low-carbon transformation development of energy enterprises.
