煤炭企业环境保护问题及对策研究

Research on the environmental protection issues of coal enterprises and their countermeasures

基于煤矿环境保护管理实践,从制度体系建设、污染防治、节能低碳、水资源综合利用、智能化矿井建设、生态治理等方面总结了乌兰木伦煤矿在保护环境取得的成果,同时指出,企业在环境保护中存在重视程度不够、环保专业人才缺乏、决策链条过长、重末端治理轻源头控制等问题,并针对以上问题提出了煤炭企业需要转变思想观念、加强制度建设、优化管理机制、加强人才培养、加大环境保护资金投入等对策建议。

Based on the practice of coal mine environmental protection management,summarizes the achievements of Wulanmulun Coal Mine in environmental protection from institutional system construction,pollution prevention and control,energy conservation and low carbon,water resources comprehensive utilization,intelligent mine construction,ecological governance and other aspects.However,it also points out the problems enterprises faced in environmental protection,such as insufficient attention,lack of environmental protection professionals,long decision-making chains,and emphasis on end treatment over source control.In response to the above issues,coal enterprises need to change their ideological concepts,strengthen institutional construction,optimize management mechanisms,strengthen talent cultivation,and increase investment in environmental protection funds.
