摘要
天基预警系统处于导弹防御体系空间至高点、时间最前沿,是美导弹防御体系探测预警的核心环节。介绍了美天基预警系统的发展过程和建设情况,重点对美军新一代天基预警系统SBIRS卫星系统开展分析研究,分别对SBIRS卫星系统空间段星座部署与轨道特性、地面段测控及数据接收站组成与分布、链路段特性参数与卫星天线配置进行详细分析。研究表明美已建成了体系完备、技术先进、立体高效的天基预警系统,已具备实战应用能力。
The space-based early warning system is at the highest point of the missile defense system in space and at the forefront of time,and is the core link of the detection and early warning of the US missile defense system.The development process and construction of the US space-based early warning system are introduced,with emphasis on the analysis of the SBIRS satellite system——a new generation of US military space-based early warning system,and detailed analysis of the SBIRS satellite system’s space segment constellation deployment and orbital characteristics,ground segment measurement and control and data receiving station composition and distribution,link segment characteristics parameters and satellite antenna configuration.The study indicates that the US has built a complete system,advanced technology,three-dimensional and efficient space-based early warning system,which has the practical combat capability.
