国产耐蚀连续管性能分析

Performance Analysis of Domestic Corrosion Resistant Alloy Coiled Tubing

摘要 针对低碳微合金钢连续管在含有H_(2)S、CO_(2)等腐蚀介质的油气田,以及在CCUS作为CO_(2)注入管柱等工况条件下服役时连续管腐蚀严重、疲劳寿命低、易发生脆断等问题,开发了国产耐蚀合金连续管。通过对BSGCT80-2205和BSGCT80-18Cr两种材质的国产耐蚀合金连续管开展力学性能、塑性、抗压、腐蚀等性能检测,全面研究分析了两种连续管的各项性能。结果表明:BSGCT80-2205和BSGCT80-18Cr两种管材整体强度均满足80ksi钢级连续管要求;压扁、扩口试验管材焊缝和母材均未出现开裂,低周大应变疲劳寿命高于同规格90ksi钢级连续管寿命;腐蚀试验证明两种管材适合在含腐蚀介质油气田或作为CO_(2)注入管柱长期服役。 In view of serious corrosion,low fatigue life and brittle fracture of low carbon microalloyed steel coiled tubing in oil and gas fields containing H_(2)S,CO_(2) and other corrosive media,or when CCUS is used as CO_(2) injection string,domestic corrosion resistant alloy coiled tubing have been developed.By mechanical properties,plasticity,compression resistance,and corrosion performance tests on domestic corrosion resistant alloy coiled tubing made of BSGCT80⁃2205 and BSGCT80⁃18Cr materials,a comprehensive study was conducted to analyze the various properties of the two types of coiled tubing.The results show that the strength of both BSGCT80⁃2205 and BSGCT80⁃18Cr pipes meets the requirements of 80 ksi steel grade coiled tubing.There is no cracking in the weld seam and base material of the flattened and expanded test pipes,and the low cycle high strain fatigue life is higher than that of 90 ksi steel grade coiled tubing of the same specification.Through corrosion tests,it has been proven that the two types of pipes are suitable for long term service in oil and gas fields containing corrosive media or as CO_(2) injection strings.
